We offer two catering options: Build Your Own Bowl and Buffet Style. Please see the details below for more information.

Our Catering Options:

Service Charge: 15% service charge will be applied to all catering orders.

Delivery: Delivery is available for large orders and is typically charged at 10% of the food subtotal. Delivery fees may vary slightly based on demand and driver availability.

*Please note that all order changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Here’s how it works:

  • Discounted medium-size portion at $10.99 per person.

  • Slightly smaller than our regular bowl, but still a satisfying meal

  • Choose your format: Bowl or Banh Mi

  • Choose 1 starch (bowls only): Rice, Salad, or Vermicelli

  • Choose 1 protein: Grilled Chicken, Grilled Pork, Pork Belly, Grilled Beef, or Tofu

    Top it with a Sunny-Side Up Egg for $1.99

Toppings included: Lettuce, carrot, tomato, cucumber, jalapeños, cilantro
(Toppings may vary by format)

Sauces included: Green Sauce, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce
(Served on the side or poured on top upon request)

*Customization note: Simple adjustments that apply to the entire order are available (e.g., no jalapeños). Select toppings may be served on the side upon request.

Build Your Own

We’re excited to introduce our Buffet-Style Catering Option, designed to be clear, flexible, and ideal for larger groups!

Buffet Style starts at $14 per person with a 20-person minimum order.

Here’s how it works:

  • You may choose Rice, Vermicelli, or both as your starch options.

  • All buffet orders include Lettuce, Pickled Carrots, Diced Cucumber, Diced Tomato, Diced Jalapeño, and Cilantro.

  • Sauces included: Green Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Fish Sauce.

Protein selection is based on group size: 1 protein per 10 people

Example:

20 people → up to 2 proteins

30 people → up to 3 proteins

(Available proteins include Grilled Chicken, Grilled Pork, Grilled Beef, Grilled Tofu, and Pork Belly)

Optional add-ons:

Bánh mì bread with mayo – $1.99 per person
